Site statuses: Draft, Active, Completed, and Archived
What each site status means, and how sites move between them.
- Draft — not visible to workers. You can still edit requirements and assignments freely.
- Active — visible to assigned workers, who can access the site and fill out required forms. Readiness is tracked live.
- Completed — the site is finished. It shows a Site Compliance Record, a point-in-time summary of every worker's readiness at completion, useful for your records.
- Archived — fully read-only. Workers lose access and nothing on the site can be edited.
Moving between statuses
Draft moves to Active via Publish. Active moves to Completed via Mark Complete, and a Completed site can be moved back to Active with Reopen. Any status can be moved to Archived.
An Active site cannot revert to Draft — Reopen from Completed back to Active is the only backward transition.
