The Process
How Approval Works

Worker uploads their certificate
Workers upload their safety certificates and training documents directly through the WorkSitePass mobile app or web portal.

Your admin reviews it
Your admin opens the document and the details and approves or rejects it. Nothing is approved until they do.

It is approved, and recorded
The certificate shows Approved with the date. Who approved it, and when, is saved on the record.

The QR pass shows it at the gate
A supervisor scans the worker's QR code and sees their current status.

What your team can approve
Any worker certificate with a document can be approved. Company documents such as insurance and WCB are uploaded by your admin and kept on file, not approved.

Company Documents
Uploaded by your admin and kept on file with expiry tracking. These are not approved by anyone:
- Workers' Compensation Insurance (US)
- WCB Clearance (CA)
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- COR® Certificate
- Business Registration
- Surety Bond / Bonding Letter
