Help & Setup Guide
Step-by-step instructions to get your crew set up on WorkSitePass, manage invitations, and handle your account.
Getting Started
Follow these steps to purchase a plan, set up your admin account, and invite your crew to use the WorkSitePass app.
Choose Your Plan
Visit worksitepass.ca and review the available plans: Solo, Small Crew, or Growing Company. Pick the one that fits your crew size and needs.

Complete Your Purchase
Enter your payment details and subscribe. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial - you won't be charged until the trial ends.

Check Your Email
After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to finish setting up your admin profile. Check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).

Create Your Password
Tap the link in your confirmation email. You'll be taken to a secure page where you create your admin dashboard password.

Log In to Your Admin Dashboard
Go to worksitepass.ca/login. Sign in with the email address you used during purchase and the password you just created.

Navigate to the Invite Section
Once logged in, you'll see your admin dashboard. Find the "Invites" section - this is where you manage your crew's access to the WorkSitePass app.

Send an Invitation
Enter the worker's email address and optionally their name. Click "Send Invite." The worker will receive an email containing a unique 6-digit access code.

Worker: Download the App
The invited person downloads WorkSitePass from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) on their phone.

Worker: Open the App & Enter Code
Open the WorkSitePass app, enter the 6-digit access code from the invitation email, and press "Continue." That's it - the worker is set up and ready to go!

Revoke an Invitation
If you need to remove access for a worker before they use their invitation code, you can revoke it from the admin dashboard.
- Log in to your admin dashboard at worksitepass.ca/login.
- Navigate to the Invites section on your dashboard.
- Find the invitation you want to revoke and click the Revoke button.
- Confirm the revocation. The 6-digit access code will be immediately invalidated and the worker will no longer be able to use it to join.
Delete Your Profile (App)
If you want to remove your worker profile and all associated data from the WorkSitePass app, follow these steps.
- Open the WorkSitePass app on your phone.
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your profile, certificates, and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. All your uploaded certificates and data will be lost. Make sure to save any documents you need before proceeding.
Delete an Admin Account
Admins can delete their account from the admin dashboard. This will permanently remove the account and all associated data.
- Log in to your admin dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Important: Deleting your admin account will cancel your subscription, revoke all pending invitations, and remove your crew management data. This action cannot be undone.
Update or Cancel Your Plan
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your admin dashboard.
- Log in to your admin dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings or the Update Plan section.
- To upgrade or downgrade: Select a new plan and confirm. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
- To cancel: Click "Manage Billing" to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel your subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Change Your Password
If you need to reset or change your admin dashboard password, use the password recovery flow.
- Go to the login page at worksitepass.ca/login.
- Click the "Forgot Password" link below the sign-in form.
- Enter the email address associated with your admin account.
- Check your email for a password reset link and tap it to open the reset page.
- Create your new password and confirm it. You can now log in with your updated credentials.
