Live Site Readiness dashboard

The Team Readiness page gives you a real-time view of your entire crew. Each worker is shown with a status based on their uploaded certificates:

• Ready — all certificates are valid and up to date.
• Expiring Soon — one or more certificates expire within 30 days.
• Expired — one or more certificates have passed their expiry date.
• Pending Review — one or more certificates are awaiting validation by the WorkSitePass team.
• Rejected — one or more certificates were not verified. The worker will be notified with a reason.

Workers who haven't yet downloaded the app or uploaded any certificates are shown as Not Onboarded.

For readiness scoped to a specific site — including the Issues tab that flags sites needing attention, and today's check-in counts on active sites — see the Sites & Requirements category.

Note: the public verification page shown when a worker's QR code is scanned uses its own banner wording — Compliant, Expiring Soon, Pending Verification, or Not Compliant — which maps to the statuses above. Per-site readiness is always shown as Ready or Not Ready.
